It must be true that Bodog has been only considering the brand’s expansion for it to also decide having the license from the Gambling Commission of the United Kingdom and even to leave the U.S. market, which according to reports will be completely done in no time. Reports must be correct.
Patrik Selin of Bodog said: “We have taken a long-term view on the UK. It is the largest regulated market in the world today and we want to be part of that. … The key thing is to develop trust with the UK customer.”
Bodog must have been only trying to protect the brand’s expansion for it to really decide having the license from the Gambling Commission of the United Kingdom and even to leave the U.S. market, which reports confirmed will be fully done before end of 2011. It must be true that the gambling operator has been only wishing to make it unaffected by any thing negative. And for it to be as good as it has been expecting it to be, it must do things like having the license from the Gambling Commission of the United Kingdom and perhaps even leaving the U.S. market. It must be also confident of the support of gamblers which will be really good. It must make the brand’s expansion unaffected by any thing negative and therefore must do certain things just to make it happen which may also be effective but may also not be helpful but everyone will be just there to give support.
Statement revealed: “…In order to ensure the brand’s expansion is not affected by negative perceptions, both in the UK and elsewhere in emerging markets such as Asia, where Bodog88 is already successful. A decision has been made to withdraw the Bodog brand from the US market at the end of 2011.”
