The Las Vegas based gaming entertainment company, Boyd Gaming, already announced the launching of “B Connected Mobile”, a personalized mobile application that would extend the benefits of “B Connected” which launching was actually announced prior to that of the mobile application.
The personalized mobile application was revealed to be something that would be the first multi-property, loyalty program-based iPhone application in the industry. It was also revealed to be something that would be for free download of course at the iPhone App Store. And that it would replace the “Club Coast” used before at gambling establishments like Suncoast Hotel, Gold Coast Hotel and Casino, Sam’s Town Hotel and The Orleans.
“B Connected Mobile” would just provide information on hotel, dining and gaming offers like “Best Rates Available” on hotel rooms for B Connected players club members and details of event, schedules and special offers. A GPS-powered feature would also be extended and would provide real-time information on when a player goes to a certain Boyd Gaming property. A search engine must also be mentioned, it would actually allow players to find the casinos where their favorite slot machines can be found. It would also be possible to make instant hotel or restaurant reservations with an application feature.
“B Connected Mobile offers unique benefits and information to our guests, both before their visit and at the moment they walk through our door,” said Boyd Gaming Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Paul Chakmak. “In just two years, B Connected Online has established itself as one of the most heavily used player-loyalty websites in our industry, providing customers unparalleled ease of use and access to information. B Connected Mobile is another example of how we are using technology in creative new ways to deliver exceptional value to our customers.”
