The famous Golden Nugget Hotel and Casino is set to host its Third Annual Grand Poker Series which will run for a month, specifically starting June 5 until July 4. It has already prepared its luxurious events center, The Grand, where the special poker series will be held.

The special poker series which will run for a month will feature over 200 poker tournaments. And the poker varieties to be featured by these poker tournaments will include HORSE, Omaha high/low, Pot Limit Omaha, 7 Card Stud, and No Limit Hold ‘em. Cash games, special tournaments for seniors and ladies, and signature bracelet events like Poker Queen Ladies Championship and The Grand Finale No Limit Championship will also be featured.

And Golden Nugget poker director John Colville recently expressed their excitement.

“We are very excited to welcome back the Grand Poker Series for its third installment,” said Colville. “With seven daily tournaments and buy-ins starting at just $65, there’s a game for every player and every bank roll.”

Previous years’ special poker series have actually made over 25,000 players happy by giving out about $2.3 million. And also to just mention that the previous year’s special poker series have raised over $425,000 for charity through some celebrity charity tournaments.

And one of the said celebrity charity tournaments, the Suzie and Howard Lederer Celebrity Charity Poker Tournament for The Boys and Girls Club, will be featured as well. It will be for professional and celebrity players alike and will offer the grand prize, a $20,000 seat on Poker After Dark on NBC.
