It was confirmed by some reports that some casinos in Mississippi had to close their doors to gamblers recently because of heavy flood. It was said that they had no other choice but to just stop extending services because of serious natural disaster. But yes, according to the reports, they also once again welcomed gamblers after the life-threatening catastrophe. The Rainbow Casino was believed to be one of the few casinos that have already started accepting gamblers once again.
Paul Avery of the Rainbow Casino said: “I want to thank all of our employees, and especially our facilities team, for their hard work and dedication. Everyone stepped up to protect and secure our facilities, and they truly have my appreciation. Our team is excited to be getting back to work and welcoming our guests.”
And it was also confirmed by some reports that ten more will actually also open their doors to gamblers once again after recovering from the heavy flood. And it was said that for sure, these casinos will also wonderfully welcome gamblers after Mother Nature indeed brought great disaster. But of course, it must be true that these casinos will not be totally back, giving excellent services, soon after the big catastrophe. No doubt, these casinos will only be completely recovered, be capable of actually extending only the best services, still after some time and not soon after what happened. But then, naturally, they will be totally back also just for all of their very loyal gamblers.
Gaming Analyst Brad Dawkins said: “It still may be a while before casinos in the US are back to normal operating procedure, and with the natural disasters, that process may be delayed. The weather and the closures are only delaying the process, and it is making plenty of gaming officials anxious.”
