Now it seems that Internet gambling is not really for the New Hampshire residents to enjoy as the New Hampshire Lottery Commission forgets about the plan to launch an online gambling site. Well, they must be feeling bad now as it seems only yesterday when they still have hope that they will be able to enjoy Internet gambling with the Commission’s eagerness to launch an online gambling site. At the moment, there is no online gambling site being prepared for New Hampshire.
Supposedly, New Hampshire Lottery Commission will be launching PlayNowNH to allow the residents of New Hampshire play conveniently games like scratch-off tickets. It seemed then that it will help increase revenue for the Commission and the state. But then eventually it appeared that it won’t help.
Charles McIntyre, the Executive Director of the Lottery Commission, said: “It was my belief that the game would have produced modest revenue. In light of our other challenges at this time, it is clear that the resources needed to introduce and sustain a product like PlayNowNH would be a poor return on investment.”
The Commission was indeed ordered to pass a proposal to the state before it can launch the online gambling site. The Commission should put into writing how online gambling site can help.
If the Commission pursued launching the online gambling site, the residents of New Hampshire can play games like speed bingo, super slots, baseball, and New Hampshire poker. They can actually be played like a scratch-off. Gamblers will have to buy a ticket first, then play game online or check out a lottery retailer to know if they win.
New Hampshire residents could have already enjoyed the online gambling site and the games. However, they were not allowed to, must not be for them. They just need to accept it now.
