The Final Table for the main event was delayed four months to make the audience and the player’s anticipation higher. The nine men at the final table would be playing for the Money prize that is worth Nine Million for first prize. At this time for the final table to take place, they will have been playing poker against each other and some other players for 65 hours and the final table is ultimately their destination.
Here are The November Nine’s at the Poker Table:
Ivan Demidov is a 27 year old professional poker player from Moscow, Russia. He first played in 2008 at the World Series where he finished 11th place in the Event #44. He’s single, enjoys scuba diving and skiing. So, for single ladies out there, he’s a nice catch.
Peter Eastgate is a 22 year old High School grad who paid his entry in cash from Odense, Denmark. He is the youngest player to be seated in the much awaited poker match; if he ever wins this, he would be the youngest WSOP champion there is.
Kelly Kim is a 31 year old professional poker player from Whittier, California. He also paid cash for this entry and cashed three times in the 2007 WSOP. He is also a business analyst and a degree holder from UC San Diego before turning pro.

Craig Marquis is a 23 year old College Student from Arlington, Texas. He’s only been playing for a year and a half; if he wins this tournament, he’ll also be the youngest WSOP main event champion.
Dennis Phillips is the oldest player in the table at the age of 53 from St. Louis, Missouri. He is the chip leader holder of 26,295,000. This wise man is an account manager of a commercial trucking company who’s known as “Fordman”. He made his way through this main event through a satellite held at the Harrah’s Casino.
David Rheem is a 28 year old professional poker player from Los Angeles, California. He also paid cash to enter this event. He thinks that his experience as a poker player will give him a strong advantage to win this tournament.
Ylon Schwartz is a 38 year old from Brooklyn, New York. He was a professional chess player before he settled for poker several years ago. This is his 12th time to cash in at the WSOP. He was in the 15th place in the $2,000 buy-in limit Hold’em Event at the last 2008 WSOP.
Darus Suharto is a 39 year old from Toronto, Canada. He was born in Indonesia and has now settled his life in Toronto. He’s a MBA from Indiana University and makes his living as an accountant. He made his way into this main event through a satellite.
